It's a shame that no pictures were taken, but it was really by chance that we got to meet. I had actually asked for the time off from work to go to Phoenix, but that trip didn't end up happening due to some family things. Still had the time off, so I was able to meet with young Andrew. May I ask about your Freeways, over here we have 3 lane Motorways/Freeways, the outside lane is mean't for all traffic, the middle and centre lanes are only mean't to be used for over taking, after which your supposed to move back into the outside lane...

As for my job, I sent my resume to my aunt (mom's sister) to be reviewed as that's what she does for a living. It's nice to have people in the family willing to help. I'll be driving to Salem either late this week or next to talk with the Portland & Western Railroad and drop off my resume with them. They are the company that is at the top of my very short list of options. They are a short line which means they are local and I won't ever leave the state which is nice.

While in L.A. my friend and I drove down the Pacific Coast Highway (CA-1) to Laguna Beach. The water is deceivingly beautiful and was actually rather chilly. Walking through it I became used to it quickly.
