If you is the original owner, you gots 10yr/100,000 powertrain....

Covered item.... I think the last one I did had 98,000.

As stated before, I have done at least 5 last yr, and been discussed somewhere here that at 1 time I had 1 or 2 done, with something like 2 more running around waiting for them to come back..

Every 1 I have replaced so far has not come back with any concerns, now go get your FREE transmission replacement while it is warranty.

So sbr,
Are you saying that this is, or is not, an electronic condition? Is the adaptive learning covering up a mechanical problem with the transmission? There are about 94K miles on the car; do you think this would this be covered under the drivetrain warranty?
Thanks.

I have installed at least (5) transmission to the 3.5 Santa Fe last year.... similar running topic somewhere here were I commented that I had reset the adaptive for the A/T, but problem comes back in about a week or so..

If you play the throttle right (depending on condition of trans)... you can make it slam in and out before it hooks up and goes. We got to point that after reset, if customer came back, we would just up and order re-man trans and schedule vehicle to be down 1 1/2 day (depending on what actual start time was).

I like doing them, they pay pretty good, as long as there is not any rusted hardware to deal with..
