How much room gained by doing both seat modification versions?

My dad wants to buy a 2001 Santa Fe but he needs quite a bit more leg room. I can see that you can gain 2-4 inch by doing the modification version 2 but I would like to know how much you would gain in total by doing both mods? As i can't see how much you actually gain by doing version 1. thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated Jayne
