The almighty subwoofer. They are not just regular speakers, they are subwoofers. They are a breed all their own. Post anything subwoofer related here. Have a subwoofer question? Yup, you guessed it, this is the place to post it. How about questions about a sub box? This is the place also.

I just got a DUAL XDVD8265 and it only has one sub output...stupid right i know stressful aswell my question is can i use me center channel RCA outputs as another sup output please help

i would not use a center channel RCA as a secondary sub signal, it is most likely putting out a full signal (your amp should "cross" out the higher frequencies though) and may cause uniformity issues between both subs. You can always split the rca signal to send the same thing to both amps. find an rca "y" adapter and hook up. (it will cost a little more to do this, therefore, you can always try the center output and see how it sounds, just test it at a low level to start as higher frequencies can stress subwoofer components) Hope this helps. |

Now for me.
What experiences are people having for subwoofer location in the back of the Santa Fe? I have mine facing the back door from directly behind the back seat (amp facing the seat) and it sounds great. What are some other solutions? equipment: HU - Pioneer DEH-P6900UB Amp - Fosgate 200.2 Sub - 12" P1S412 Sealed Truck Box Speakers - stock 6 |
