Well if I lost anything, I don't notice it yet. I just finished swapping out the stock Clarion deck with my Sony Xplod. I did it in the dark, and it was pretty simple. Took me 10 minutes to work the heater console out. The right side just didn't want to let go, and I was really scared of breaking clips. But eventually the thing realized I wasn't going to give up, and it finally let go.

I think I am going to have to haul the deck back out and try putting the mounting brackets in a different hole. The deck is set too deep to put the molding around it, so I have a space around the deck and it looks like poo... I couldn't gauge how far it was sticking out without putting it 3/4 back together. I'll do it during the day next time. It'll be easier! LOL

LOL After I posted that, I went back out to the truck (cause it was annoying me) and hauled the deck out. Placed the bracket one hole further back, and it fits better, but the deck trim still will not go on. The trim is too thick to fit in the space between the deck and the console moulding. Not to worry though. It doesn't look nearly as bad as it did originally prior to moving the bracket back.
The only thing that is bothering me now is there are two nibs of metal on each side of the deck itself which is preventing the console cover from sitting 100% flush with the rest of the dash. I was able to screw the middle console back, but I had to put pressure on it so the holes would line up. Now it's doing a bit of squeaking when I hit bumps and so on.
So now I am going to have to haul it apart again, file down those four nibs of metal (I tried to bend them, but they're so small that they're too strong to do so) and see if I can get it to fit better.
The sound with the Sony deck is MUCH better than with the Clarion deck. Must be the EQ settings... Stock speakers are working good... So until (if) I blow them, I'm not worrying about replacing them.

I don't have any pics yet. I'll take some when I get home from work today. I've got a couple exterior ones that I am going to post up - just so I can be like the rest of you.
