There are polishing compounds available at most auto stores. You didn't say what year your Santy but some members here have had there's replaced under warranty.

I've tried Meguiar's PLASTX but didn't have expected result...

But in response to the OP, if you do wind up replacing them, a good coat of wax on the lenses every 6 months will do wonders to prevent this from happening
