Out of curiosity, what year is your SF because your engine cover is different than that on my 2004...see here. Santa Fe -- It doesn't get any better than this! I think they changed the cover design as the original lets everthing fly right through the grill and all over the top of the engine! PS I guess the subject line was to long for the responses but it does leave you with an accurate Freudian slip...

My dad's got an Acura TL and the engine cover is easily removed...it's just a hard time getting it back on. Santa Fe -- It doesn't get any better than this! Posts: 121 (01/30/06 18:18:44) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Remove this ad I couldn't find anyone but a dealer that stocked the gasket so I didn't think a P/N would be worth anything. Just go to Hyundai parts counter and ask for a plenum gasket for an XXXX year Santa Fe. On the torque side, yes there is a spec but you need the shop manual to get the numbers. I have a lot of experience with steel bolts on Aluminium heads and intakes so I do it by feel. Snug but not over tight and never use a long handled ratchet wrench or a breaker bar.
