Fellow pet owners know what I mean when I say they really become part of the family:D Chloe... A 8 lb white new zeland we rescued from a college labratory. Oscar... our wire haired dachshund from the SPCA One of my student's parents owns a pet photography company. She took pics a while ago that we should have back after new-years. I will share more then but if you want to see more cool pet photos check it out here Change is the only constant.

This is my buddy Ruffles at 4.5 months old !!!!!!!!!!! (picture re-sized to make it faster for people with slow internet connections...Andy) This is him at 6 years old......he's a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier......great family friend and what a "smoutch" he is...always needs to be close to us and love the outdoors !!!!! in the snow especially, living in the Montreal area he loves our winter even at -30 C.......... Bonne journee FFL, Always remember that Silver is better....

In the meantime, here's a pic of my friend's pet 'possum (opossum for you PC types). Her name is Bonnie and one of her favorite pastimes is to curl her tail around a plastic sack and drag it behind her. Her mate is "Baby" and he is much larger but usually just sleeps in his little cage but he can move about whenever he wants as does Bonnie. Baby and Bonnie were rescued from their dead mother's pouch ('possums are marsupials and, after birth, reside in the pouch until weaned). Their mother was run over on the highway. Here's Bonnie: TG

Mom's dog Cilli; a purebred Vizsla. The name is pronounced like the mattress and since the breed is Hungarian, mom figured a Hungarian name would be fitting. Also loves car rides. Believe it or not, this is also a Devon Rex...just a much fatter and furrier one. This is my sister's cat Molly with her typical and disdainful expression. Hates the car...would rather eat. Santa Fe - It doesn't get any better than this! "Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity."
