We've just returned from a road trip of 3,351 miles to Key West, Florida and back to home through Asheville, North Carolina. The trip was probably 75%
highway and an even split between flat land and mountains, Santy gave me 24.7mpg overall.
We spent the first week exploring Florida, the second week in a rented house on Big Pine Key.While there we attended Fantasy Fest in Key West and as usual it was very interesting (sorry but can't post those pics). Also attended the Powerboat Championship and it was awesome. The small deer that you'll see are found only on Big Pine Key and stand two feet high at the shoulder. The rest of the time was spent exploring western North Carolina and western Virginia. Below find some Powerboat race and wildlife photos taken along the way......
