I normally don't speak fondly of a dealership unless I am supremely impressed but since this thread is here, you can tell I must be happy.

I was in the Kansas City area for six weeks for a railroad training course and brought my trusty Santa Fe with me. In the time I was in KC, the Santa Fe need an oil change and an unexpected windshield replacement. The service department gets an A+ in every respect from their comfortable leather couches, vending machines and spacious waiting area to their staff who take a vested interest in you and your vehicle to make sure it's done right. Not only did they fit my windshield replacement in on short notice but their final price was around $50 under the original quoted price! I found myself browsing the new cars on the showroom floor and I had a salesman approach me and ask if I needed any assistance. I told him that I was just waiting on my car being serviced and rather than follow me around like a shark that hadn't eaten in days, he let me be.

If anybody is in or passing through the Kansas City area and is in need of a good Hyundai service facility, I highly recommend this dealer.
