Well, funny story. I was on my way to the car wash to vacuum out my Santy as it is very messy from the time on the road, eating, crumbs, etc when Don called
me. Strangely enough, at the next traffic light he crossed in front of me while still on the phone so I made a U-turn and our meet began rather unexpectedly in
the parking lot of a furniture store.
Don was gracious enough
to treat me to lunch at a wonderful old-style Southern BBQ place where I had a plate of wonderful beef. There was so much food I felt guilty not being able to
finish it all. And to anybody looking to tour HMMA, it is well worth your time. That black Genesis they had open in the waiting room is a piece of work.
Here are the photos!
I took these not knowing I wouldn't be back through here.
The complex is unbelievably huge. I couldn't belive just how large it was the first time I saw it.
Driving down Hyundai Boulevard. Yes, sir...that's the official name of the road now.
Ever wonder what 40,000 new cars look like, all with 2.3 miles on the odometer?
A closer photo:
Don's caption (what made me laugh) was "Grasshopper with his dream car." There were three of them parked in a row here, all of them black.
I can see myself getting one of these, especially if the SF gets that hideous grille next time around.
Don if you don't want these up, just let me know.
The black beauties.
The girls together...
