More audio questions for the experts among you all.

I need to change the head unit in the Santy as the cd player packed in so i am now looking at fitting a double din unit like this one.

To save me removing the dash to measure the space does anyone know if this size of unit will fit the Santy and apart from me having to cut my dash slightly what other problems may i hit?
