I just bought my second Santa Fe yesterday up at Nashua Hyundai in Nashua, NH.  I highly recommend them.  I dealt with Ron Rondeau, who also sold my parents a 2008 Santa Fe a couple years ago.  I can't vouch for other members of the sales staff, but Ron is excellent.  Their service department is also very good, and the service manager, Dave Nadeau, is generally very helpful.  Compared to some service managers I've dealt with, Dave is reasonable and has never given me a problem having warranty work performed.  I actually have to go almost an hour out of my way to get there, but I feel its worth it.  If you live in southern NH or northern MA, I strongly suggest checking them out.
